About Our Highway Department
The Highway Department works year-round to keep our town moving safely and smoothly. From plowing snow in the winter to repairing roads, maintaining signage, and clearing storm debris, our crew is out in all kinds of weather making sure our roads are safe and reliable.
In a small town, the Highway Department wears many hats—handling everything from drainage improvements and roadside mowing to assisting with emergency response and supporting town events. Whether it’s patching potholes or prepping for a big storm, they’re the backbone of our infrastructure.
Their hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it makes a visible difference in the quality of life we enjoy every day. We’re proud of the dedication and pride our highway crew brings to every mile of our roads.
